The Samsung SJ140 Rice Cooker not only cooks rice, but also has a one-touch "cook and hold" facility. This means that once the rice has been cooked, the unit automatically switches to a warm mode, keeping rice at the right temperature. When cooking rice, use twice the volume of water to rice. For example 1 litre of Tilda rice needs 2 litres of water.
