Jarvis puts Cheshire hotel on market

Jarvis Hotels is selling a 53-bedroom hotel in Cheshire for almost £2m.

Jarvis has put the Crewe Arms Hotel on the market after a number of disposals last year, including the 52-bedroom Alma Lodge Hotel in Stockport, Cheshire, and the 64-bedroom Greyhound Hotel in Leigh, in Greater Manchester.

The Crewe Arms has two restaurants, with a total of 100 seats, and seven conference rooms.

Jarvis is seeking £1.85m for the hotel.

Christie & Co is the agent.
