On the boil

Whether the requirement is for tea, coffee, hot chocolate or soup, the Parry 1879 and 1979 boilers are able to cope with the production of both small and large quantities.

Designed for "plumbed in" operation, both machines have automatic stage fill to ensure a constant beverage temperature.

Boiling time from cold is only 30 minutes for each machine and 15 minutes from overnight stand. Both are fitted with non-drip taps.

At £340, the 1879 boiler is the smaller of the two machines both in size and output. It delivers up to 25 litres per hour and a rapid draw off of 9 litres. It will operate from a standard 13 amp socket.

The larger 1979 boiler, at £435, provides 50 litres per hour output and a 22 litre rapid draw off. It requires connection to a "cooker point" type socket.

Optional drip trays are available for each machine at £29 and £36 respectively.
