Oriental prawns

The prawn has been given a makeover by Bakes. Sawadee Tempura King Prawns, weighting 23g, have been marinated in ginger and garlic before being coated in tempura batter. And Thai Battered Prawns Tom Yum are seasoned with lemon grass, lime leaves, garlic, chillis and shallots. Both products can be deep-fried from frozen in three minutes.
Prices: Sawadee Tempura King Prawns, £31.65 per pack of 50; Thai Battered King Prawns Tom Yum, £8 per 500g pack
