Ramsay names Askew No2

Mark Askew has been appointed chef de cuisine at London's Aubergine. He will be second-in-command to Gordon Ramsay, above, at the two-Michelin-star restaurant.

 

Askew has previously worked with both Pierre Koffmann and Nico Ladenis, and formerly worked at Aubergine as sous chef. He returns to the Fulham restaurant after two years working in France.
