Roof or dare

A MAN has been charged with wounding a young woman diner after an incident at the Moon and Sixpence restaurant in Bath.

The 18-year-old woman was cut by flying glass after a man fell through the roof of the restaurant's conservatory and landed on his back on her table (Caterer,1 April, page 5).

Darren James of Bath has also been charged with criminal damage to the restaurant and with burglary of a nearby shop. He is due to appear in court later this month.
