The HRC trade show has evolved once again for it 2026 edition, set to take place at ExCeL London on 30 March-1 April.

 

HRC 2026, part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, is expected to attract more than 25,000 visitors to new sections on bars, pastry, street food and pizza and pasta, showcasing immersive, trend-led experiences and a range of suppliers.

 

New show Hospitality Tech360 will bring together hospitality leaders, technology specialists and solution providers to explore how digital tools, data and human insight are shaping the future of the sector.

 

We’ve brought together the essential equipment supplier and technology provider exhibitors showcasing new launches across HRC and Hospitality Tech360.

 

CCE London

 

Catering equipment distributor and manufacturer CCE will launch a new Cucina cooking suite at the show, where it will be available to purchase at a discounted price.

 

Cucina Cuisine Excellence with Cucina Hot Pass and Cucina Profile Match have been developed by the CCE team, using chefs’ and engineers’ feedback. The bespoke suites are available in various designs and profiles.

Cedabond

 

Hospitality buying consortium Cedabond will be presenting the Cedabond Village, where key partners including Epas, Zip Water, Liebherr, Marlowe Fire, Oxford Hardware, Pastry Gelato, Sammic, Serious Waste Management and Unox will be exhibiting. The village reflects Cedabond’s commitment to create opportunities to connect, network and share expertise.

Everflow

 

Everflow, a utilities service for hospitality businesses, will showcase its multi-utility platform Evie, which brings customer data into a single place. The platform is designed to create a smoother journey from quote to live service for customers and brokers.

 

Experts from the company will be on hand to discuss smarter water management, flexible waste and recycling services, and solutions designed around front and back of house operations.

Evolve, which delivers always-on managed networks for multi-site brands, will be attending Hospitality Tech360 for the first time to highlight how it helps hospitality teams stay connected. The company combines in-house software development, nationwide field engineering and a UK-based 24/7 operations centre.

The Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) is bringing its FEA Members Spotlight Zone to HRC. The zone is a low-cost way for FEA members to participate in the trade show, with companies including Aqua Mundus, FEM, Krupps, Metcalfe Catering Equipment, Precision Refrigeration, Smeg and Valentine & Cuisinequip.

JDE Professional will host an open-island area covering different aspects of hotel and hospitality coffee needs, focused on breakfast, bars and back of house. The company will be showcasing a range of products, including the Cafitesse Excellence Touch, Cafitesse Quantum 300, L’Or Countertop, L’Or Mini and L’Or Barista Style Self-Serve Coffee Solution.

Meiko’s M-iClean range will be on display, including the pass-through HL model with a labour-saving automated hood, the double-basket HXL hood machine and undercounter M-iClean UM models, featuring built-in heat recovery and GiO reverse osmosis.

 

Meiko’s team will also be on hand to explain how its latest UPster K range uses 38% less water, detergent, rinse aid and 21% less energy than the previous UPster generation.

Welbilt brand Merrychef will be holding live demonstrations of its high-speed ovens, including the entry-level conneX 12e. The oven is designed for front of house, has no installation costs and energy-efficient performance, and delivers an average return on investment in as little as three months.

Prowrap

 

Prowrap will be presenting the Speedwrap Pro dispenser at the show. The dispenser can cut film, foil and parchment quickly and consistently, with an integrated safety blade to help reduce the risk of accidents. Key updates include the removal of the plastic insert and inside lid, delivering a reduction in plastic use, while the anti-rollback mechanism makes dispensing smoother and safer.

Rational

 

Rational will host a series of Arena Shows at HRC, giving visitors a close-up view of how its intelligent cooking systems perform in real environments. Demonstrations include the iVario Pro and iCombi Pro, along with a new addition to the Arena experience, sessions showcasing the iHexagon. Taking place on Tuesday 31 March is a demonstration by Simon Rogan, Rational ambassador and chef-owner of L’Enclume, where visitors will have the opportunity to see and sample Rogan’s dishes. The iVario Pro, iCombi Pro and iHexagon, which brings together steam, hot air and microwave technology, will also be on stand for individual demonstrations.

Square

 

Square will be bringing its payments technology to Hospitality Tech360, offering visitors in-person demos from the Square sales team. Square offers payments, point of sale and funding in one customisable system, designed to reduce day-to-day complexity and give time back to business owners.

Sunday

 

Sunday will showcase its payment solutions at Hospitality Tech360, including Hybrid, which lets guests order with a server or via QR code, add items at any time and pay instantly when ready to leave. It also offers app customisation to match a restaurant’s branding, and Sunday Ordering, a QR code that combines every payment experience.

Unox

 

Unox will unveil its latest addition to its portfolio at the show, the new Bakerlux Classic, a convection oven designed for bakeries, cafés and food-to-go. The cooking equipment manufacturer will also host live cooking demonstrations of its Generation X combi-ovens, which includes the Cheftop-X and the Speed-X. Visitors will also be able to see the Speed.Compact Eco high-speed oven and the Evereo ‘hot fridge’.
