Finalists announced for the 2025 Corporate Guest Services Awards

The Corporate Guest Services Awards are proud to reveal the finalists for the 2025 competition. This milestone marks the launch of a new era in recognising excellence across the front-of-house profession in the UK and Ireland.

 

Now in its first year under the new name and format, the Corporate Guest Services (CGS) Awards celebrate outstanding individuals in two categories:

  • Receptionist of the Year
  • Reception Leader of the Year

This expansion reflects the evolving nature of workplace hospitality and guest services, honouring both front-line excellence and the leadership that inspires it.

 

This year, the CGS Awards received nominations from a wide range of companies across the industry, with an exceptional number of high-calibre candidates. As a result, the below finalists have been selected – each one demonstrating outstanding performance in the first round of judging.

The final assessments for both categories will take place during the first and second week of June. The winners will be announced at the CGS Awards Ceremony on 25 June.

 

The judging panel, led by Giles Gordon-Smith, includes senior representatives from guest service providers, award sponsor Moneypenny, and respected professionals from across the hospitality and facilities management industry.
