Charlie Hester and Callum Philp are to open the Clover Club in Newquay, Cornwall, this month.
The pair are working with head chef Alfie Petty to deliver a sharing concept featuring Cornish produce.
Dishes will include the likes of game ragu croquettes with red onion jam, lobster risotto with blood orange and chive, and bouillabaisse with red mullet.
Hester was previously operations manager for Emily Scott Food at Watergate Bay, while Philip Callum has experience at the Headland hotel and Watergate Bay hotel.
They have worked with 3idog Interior Design on the restaurant space on Newquay's Bank Street, using natural materials and bold colours.
The design team said: "3idog are excited to be working alongside the Clover Club brand, helping to provide a welcoming and stylish interior experience, different to the traditional seaside aesthetic associated with the area."
