The first dynamic pricing platform purpose-built for hospitality has launched in the UK. EatClub allows restaurants and bars to drop exclusive offers during quieter periods
EatClub, the first dynamic pricing platform purpose-built for hospitality, has launched in the UK. The app gives restaurants and bars real-time control over demand by allowing them to drop exclusive offers during quieter periods – helping fill seats, stabilise revenue, and reduce waste with zero disruption to operations.
Originally launched in Australia, EatClub has become a go-to tool for over 3,000 venues and 2 million diners across 8 cities. The app has generated millions in incremental revenue for its partners, with some earning over AUD $10,000 a week in off-peak uplift. Now in London, EatClub is live with 150+ venues and is set to double ahead of the summer.
Built by hospitality industry insiders with the goal of creating a transformational marketing tool for venues, EatClub arrives at a critical moment for UK hospitality. With rising costs, tighter margins, and unpredictable footfall, the app brings a powerful commercial lever: pricing agility.
“We all understand the best way to protect margin is to fill your empty tables,” said CEO and co-founder Pan Koutlakis. “Under capacity is a stealth cost – but smart offers at the right time can turn slow periods into significant profit. Hospitality has never benefitted from dynamic pricing and we’re here to change that.”
EatClub Pay, the platform’s integrated payments feature, allows diners to tap and pay with the offer applied across the total bill at the point of payment – no codes, no staff training, no change to workflow or back-end operations. It’s seamless for customers, invisible to staff, and helps preserve brand perception.
Marco Pierre White, shareholder in EatClub since 2016, added: "EatClub solves an age-old problem in a way that works for any venue – whether it’s a fish and chip shop or a fine dining room. Everyone’s happy when it’s bustling in rush hour, this finally gives restaurants a way to handle those off-peak times."
EatClub also offers operators data-driven support. Its AI tool uses performance predictions to guide offer creation and optimise outcomes based on time of day, venue type, and historical results.
"We’re not just a discount app," Koutlakis added. "We’re a margin tool. We want to help operators stay in the black, not the red – and we’re excited to open up the opportunities in one of the world’s most iconic hospitality markets."
