Kinsfolk & Co announces two new leadership hires

Hospitality management company Kinsfolk & Co has announced two new hires in procurement and facilities.

Pranav Dave has been appointed head of procurement while Alan Woods has been named director of facilities.

Dave has more than twenty years' experience in F&B, having previously held roles such as purchasing manager at Shangri-La the Shard. Woods, meanwhile, started his career as an engineering technician for the Royal Navy then moved onto senior engineering roles within the Beaumont hotel, Millennium Hotels and InterContinental Hotels.

Kinsfolk & Co launched in May 2023 under Paul Brackley, the former managing director of the Beaumont hotel in London's Mayfair.

He told The Caterer in July his "hospitality start-up" has plans to open five properties over the next five years, with a degree of focus on serviced apartments.

Commenting on the appointments, the founder and chief executive of Kinsfolk & Co said: "Our focus as a management company is to deliver an end-to-end package, where our team of hospitality experts can guide investors with technical project support and advisory.
