Paul Heathcote's latest venture is a Spanish restaurant in Manchester's Piccadilly. It features an open-plan kitchen and serves an all-day menu of tapas, hams, paellas, spit-roast meat, grilled fish and clay-baked flatbreads. It has an extensive Spanish wine list with more than 100 bins.
