The organisers of Nestlé Toque d'Or have named the college teams who have gained a place in the 2009 heats of their national competition.
Now in its 21st year, the competition will ask each team to cook 30 covers of their 2009 menu, with each team competing in their own college restaurant
During the heat, each team will also be required to present their unique restaurant concept to the judges
The grand finalists will receive a prize of catering equipment from Nestlé Professional, while the overall winning college will receive £4,000 worth of catering equipment with each of the runners up receiving £2,000 work of equipment per team.
