Garlic spray from Amazing Food

"Liquid garlic in a bottle" is the latest offering from the Amazing Food Company, which brought the Californian Soy Vay range to the UK last year.

The new Cold Pressed Garlic Juice and Roasted Garlic Juice lines are sourced from Garlic Valley Farms in California and are said to provide the same taste as fresh garlic without the hassle of chopping up the cloves.

They are sold in spray or pour bottles that each contain the juice of more than 150 cloves of garlic and will give more than 1,200 sprays (with eight sprays equivalent to one garlic clove). Chefs simply spray or pour the juice on to food - salads, pasta, vegetables, chicken, meat, soup or sandwiches - after cooking or at the table.

The roasted juice provides the rich flavour of slow-roasted cloves to enhance baked, roasted or mashed potato, steaks, fish and soups.

The garlic juice is sold in 227g bottles packed 12 to the case that will store in the fridge after opening for as long as 12 months.
