Sharwood's range of ready-to-use cooking sauces incorporates Thai, Chinese and Indian varieties. The Asian sauces are made with ingredients sourced from the Far East and are available in six flavours including Sweet and Sour, Black Bean, and Thai Green Curry. The Indian sauces include Korma, Balti, and Tikka Masala. The sauces can be used not only to create curries but also as a filling for jacket potatoes, as a base for Indian style soups and as a pour-over sauce for grilled meats and fish.
