The caterer said Boon’s appointment would strengthen its long-term growth strategy
Acorn award winner Paul Boon has joined London caterer Seasoned as managing partner as it looks to its next chapter of growth.
Boon joins from a role as head of operations at ESS and has also held senior roles at Eventist Group, Levy Restaurants and Southampton Football Club.
He won an Acorn award, The Caterer’s annual list of 30 talented hospitality professionals to watch aged under 30, in 2008.
Seasoned has contracts across London attractions including Madame Tussauds, Sea Life London and the London Dungeon. The company said Boon’s appointment would strengthen its long-term growth strategy.
In his new role, Boon will lead on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and operational growth across the entire Seasoned business.
This will include shaping the future direction of its expanding venue portfolio and enhancing the performance of established catering contracts nationwide.
“Seasoned has built a fantastic reputation for precision-driven catering and for nurturing partnerships that truly matter,” said Boon.
“My priority is to harness the collective strength of our venues and our core contract catering business – driving commercial success, developing strategic alliances and ensuring that every client experience not only meets but exceeds expectations.”
Seasoned recently won the events catering contract for the 10,000 sq ft Park Village on the edge of Regent’s Park.
