Gordon Ramsay and Bounce among operators joining Battersea Power station line-up

Battersea Power Station has announced the next line-up of food and leisure traders due to open its main building this year.

The historic Turbine Halls and Boiler House will open public in September with brands including Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, Le Bab, Where The Pancakes are, Poke House, Clean Kitchen Club, Paris Baguette, Joe & the Juice and Starbucks.

Ping pong bar Bounce will open its first site in seven years in the development. It has signed a lease for an 8,000 sq ft location within the original power station building, which will include 11 gaming areas, a central cocktail bar, private room and several Wonderball tables, which use laser mapping technology to create interactive games.

A separate 2,000 sq ft food hall offering all-day dining will open in the Boiler House area, with more details due to be released soon.

The £9b regeneration of Battersea Power Station has already seen the opening of Circus West Village, featuring restaurants, bars, a cinema, theatre, and homes for more than 1,700 people.

Malaysian restaurant Roti King is due to join the Circus West scheme later this year.

The second stage launch of the main former power station building will feature more than 100 shops, restaurants, an events venue, office space, 254 homes and a chimney lift offering panoramic views of the London skyline.

Sam Cotton, head of leasing at Battersea Power Station Development Company, said: "We have an exciting year ahead of us as we countdown to the Power Station opening and further retail, leisure and dining concepts to announce, so watch this space!"
