Dew Drop Inn appoints Alicia Corlett as manager
Alicia Corlett has joined the Bonwick family's Dew Drop Inn in Maidenhead as manager.
Corlett joins from Dominic Chapman's Beehive Pub in White Waltham which was sold January 2024.
Deborah Bonwick, co-owner of the Dew Drop Inn in said: "Alicia is very well respected throughout the hospitality industry, and the Dew Drop Inn is the perfect fit and conclusion for such a wonderful spirit and personality."
The Deborah and Simon Bonwick ran the Crown at Burchetts Green in Maidenhead for nine years. It won a Michelin star in 2016 and the Michelin Welcome & Service Award in 2020.
They sold the business to Chapman in 2022 and briefly oversaw the Princess of Shoreditch pub in London, before returning to the Maidenhead area to reopen the Dew Drop Inn in February 2023. The pub quickly gained a recommendation in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland 2023.
