The 540 sqm site is set over two floors and features an arrival hall, three meeting areas, two bars and a double-height Grand Room
Luxury country house hotel and members’ club Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire has launched a dedicated 540 sqm events space.
Fallow House is situated at the centre of the 85-acre estate and is set over two floors, complete with an arrival hall, three meeting areas, two bars and a double-height Grand Room.

Plans for the development, which can hold groups of up to 100 people, were first announced in October last year, with a spokesperson for Estelle Manor describing it as a venue to “celebrate milestone moments or host impressive company occasions”.
Fallow House’s design has been inspired by the works of Belgian architects and artists Vincent Van Duysen and Axel Vervoordt, who famously created Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s house.

One of the signature features of Fallow House is the Chestnut Grand Room, which spans 99 sqm. It is lined with windows on three out of the four walls and comes with a custom tapestry above the fireplace.
It can welcome 100 guests for a standing cocktail reception and up to 60 seated at round tables, while other configurations are available.

The Owlett Bar can hold 50 guests for a standing cocktail reception and features sheepskin upholstered stools and a six-metre-long charcoal timber bar, while the Tawny Bar sits next to Fallow House’s private garden.

The ground-floor meeting room, the Buckthorn, seats 10 and offers direct access to the gardens, while the upstairs Wren room can hold 12 guests in a boardroom formation.

Finally, the Fawn can host small parties or dinners for up to 35 standing guests, 30 guests in theatre-style, and 20 guests around the table.

There is a dedicated kitchen on site that can cater to private dining menus devised by the Estelle Manor team.
The 108-room hotel and members’ club was opened by Sharan Pasricha, the founder of hospitality group Ennismore, in 2023 in the Grade II-listed property formerly known as Eynsham Hall.
The wider estate features multiple restaurants, a gym, padel court, Adventure Paddock with axe throwing and a zip wire, and a Roman-inspired bathing hall.
Pasricha won the International Outstanding Achievement Award at the 2024 Cateys.
