Sveba Dahlen has unveiled the Pizza Vichinga electric pizza oven. The oven, supplied in the UK by Jestic Foodservice solutions, offers a dual-deck, dual-control design that allows chefs to bake up to 12 Neapolitan pizzas simultaneously at two temperatures. The upper deck is capable of reaching 500°C, producing a leopard-spotted dough and ‘cornicione’, or raised crust edges, in as little as 60 to 120 seconds, while the lower deck heats to 350°C for a traditional consistently baked pizza.
