Food and drink suppliers will be on hand at the show from 30 March to 1 April 2026 with their latest innovations
For those hospitality operators looking to refresh their food and drink menus, HRC 2026 is an essential destination.
The show is part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, alongside the Pub Show, Hospitality Tech360, IFE and IFE Manufacturing, which acts as an annual meeting point for the UK hospitality industry.
This year’s event takes place at London’s Excel centre from 30 March to 1 April, and is expected to attract more than 25,000 visitors, including senior sector buyers, for three days of sourcing, insight and commercial focus.
So for anyone searching for menu inspiration at the show, here are some key food and drink stands to head to.

Budweiser Budvar is the national beer of the Czech Republic, owned by the Czech people, and brewed only in České Budějovice, where it holds Protected Geographical Indication status. It will be launching its Budvar 0.0 packed range at the show, which is brewed as a true Czech lager, with the alcohol filtered out at the end of the brewing process. The beer is matured in cellars longer than most lagers, delivering a crisp taste.

Kepak’s Grab a Bite brand will return to celebrate one year since launching at last year’s show. Visitors to the stand can experience Europe’s first hot burger vending machine, which serves hot food in seconds. The New World Foods and East Street Deli brands have joined the Kepak portfolio, offering ambient meat snacks, chilled sandwiches and hot sandwiches.

Lee Kum Kee will be showcasing its Premium Oyster Sauce, Plum Sauce and Char Siu Sauce as a perfect partner for duck dishes. Across the show’s three days, in association with the Chefs’ Forum, Lee Kum Kee has invited 12 chefs to showcase their creativity through cooking fusion dishes using Premium Oyster Sauce, Char Siu Sauce, Plum Sauce and Premium Mushroom Seasoning Powder. Additionally, Lee Kum Kee has sponsored the Oriental Duck Culinary Showdown competition (stand LT16) on 30 March at International Salon Culinaire.

Marshfield Farm will launch its farm-to-table ice-cream range, Acres, in four flavours: Madagascan vanilla, chocolate and sea salt, strawberry, and caramel sea salt. The ice-cream is produced on Marshfield’s regenerative farm, using the farm’s milk.

Visitors to Pomme Blushe’s stand can taste its English apple apéritif, made using Dorset apples. Bottled at 12% abv, the drink is designed to be enjoyed either neat over ice or as its signature serve, the Pomme Blushe Spritz. The Spritz pairs Pomme Blushe with Prosecco and soda for a light, balanced drink with a British twist.

Sustainably sourced Rave Coffee will be exhibiting its new ready to drink iced coffees: Iced Latte with Signature Blend No 1, which is creamy with hints of caramel and a nutty finish, and Iced Caramel Latte with Signature Blend No 1, with flavours of butterscotch and caramel. It will also be showing the recently launched Rave Coffee Liqueur, which is distilled in the UK using El Carmen single-origin coffee beans and blended with English white rum and brown sugar syrup, as well as the Full Flavour Behaviour No 2025 coffee blend, combining two styles of coffee and offering fruity flavours and chocolatey notes.

Also on stand will be its ready-to-serve tartes, choux pastry, petits fours and macarons.

Tazaki Foods is a specialist distributor of Japanese food products to the UK market. At HRC it will showcase its latest Yutaka products – Japanese sake, wagyu and seafood, and traditional Japanese knives.

Volynski Browar is a Ukrainian craft brewery that combines traditional recipes with modern production technologies. It will present its new releases: Forever Cab (New England IPA) and the Big Apple West Coast IPA, created in collaboration with hop supplier BarthHaas. Forever Cab is inspired by Britain, with fruity notes, while the New York-influenced Big Apple West Coast IPA has a bold aroma driven by American hops Vic Secret, Eclipse and Galaxy.
