The webinar will explore how AI and automation elevate guest experience and drive growth
There is just one week left to sign up to The Caterer’s free expert-led AI for Guest Experience webinar on 28 January.
The webinar, sponsored by hospitality technology specialist Lolly, will explore how AI, automation and generative tools can elevate guest experience and how hospitality leaders are turning disruption into a powerful driver of growth and competitive advantage.
Hear from our expert speakers, including digital marketing and AI expert Will Francis. Speaking to The Caterer, Francis said he hopes to share how businesses can use AI as a tool for better marketing, content creation and optimising workflows.
Francis said: “What I want people to take away from it is that AI is just a tool. It’s not a Terminator kind of thing, it is just a tool, and it’s really useful behind the scenes.”
Joining Francis will be Dean Culpan, who recently took up the role of general manager at the Miiro Templeton Garden. Speaking to The Caterer ahead of his webinar appearance, Culpan shared how he transformed his former hotel, the South Place hotel in London, into a tech-first hotel, using AI to drive bookings and transform the guest experience.
Culpan said that businesses need to learn how to embed AI into operations: “Relevance is necessary in an ever-changing world,” he said, and added that without it, businesses risk being “sideswiped”.
Guests will also hear from David Turner, chief technology officer at Compass Group UK & Ireland, while Peter Moore, chief executive at Lolly, which won Innovative Guest Experience of the Year at The Caterer’s inaugural Supplier Awards last year, will share AI’s role in driving smarter experiences.
Whatever the scale of your hospitality operation, The Caterer’s AI for Guest Experience webinar will provide actionable strategies and insider tips to help you stay ahead in an increasingly competitive market.
