Guests arrive at Park Plaza Westminster BridgeThe Hotel Catey’s official Champagne reception partner Laurent Perrier served its celebrated Champagne to 850 of the hotel industry’s finest The Savoy’s Franck Arnold was there to have his title of Hotelier of the Year 2025 recognisedThe Caterer’s editor James Stagg introduced the awardsComedian Rhys James was his co-host and award presenter The starter was a lobster and scallop timbale with mango, avocado cream and lobster bisque reductionThe main was seared venison loin, butternut squash, braised red cabbage, moussaka of slow-cooked venison and a rich jusAnd dessert was a gianduja and pear delice with vanilla mousse, pear compote, gianduja sauce and a hazelnut semi-freddoThe charity for the evening was Hospitality Action, introduced by James B Clarke, general manager of Park Plaza Westminster BridgeThe winners take to the stage: South Lodge won Conference and Banqueting Team of the YearMarco Pittella of Ham Yard won Hotel Restaurant Manager of the Year The Headland won Sustainable Hotel of the YearThe Montague on the Gardens won Front of House Team of the Year2025 Acorn Award winner Benoit Raffi of the Kimpton Fitzroy London took home Revenue Manager of the YearCharlie Banks of the Rubens at the Palace won Front of House Manager of the YearThe evening closed with espresso Martinis, courtesy of Nespresso
