Tender: catering partner for Oxford Masonic Hall

Seeking a catering partner for Oxford Masonic Hall & exclusive use of professional, industrial, kitchen premises

Oxford Masonic Hall is home to 20+ Masonic lodges, representing the local base of an organisation which donated in excess of £50m to charitable causes in 2020, alongside 18 million+ hours of volunteering time. Our new premises have been extensively renovated and include a large, fully equipped, professional grade industrial kitchen (specification available on request).

Under ‘usual’ circumstances it would be expected that c. 2000 meals per year would be required for Masonic purposes, and we are actively looking to drive private hire business as well.

We would be particularly keen to speak to interested parties who would wish to make use of our extensive catering facilities for their other commercial purposes and are looking to strike a flexible deal based on this provision.

Whilst we believe flexibility is key, and are willing to negotiate most aspects of any relationship, we would consider the following to be base level requirements:

• Supplier to be responsible for provision of meals and catering services
• Supplier to present a selection of menus from time-to-time
• Supplier to offer ‘fixed price’ menu irrespective of number of diners at any given meeting (minimums to be agreed)
• Supplier to be responsible for the purchase and supply of all food, ingredients, catering materials and consumables
• Supplier to provide waiting staff & to be responsible for set-up/take-down of dining room
