Nisbets has launched the Digital Silent Bar Blender under its Buffalo brand. The blender’s brushless motor is energy efficient and significantly quieter than alternative blenders, and a sound enclosure further minimises noise. The blender can be used to make smoothies, milkshakes and frappés, and blending speed and time can be adjusted with the digital control panel, which can be used with wet hands. There is space to pre-programme up to six recipes.

The range is a modular concept with 10 base options, which can create breakfast displays and live cooking stations for event catering and banqueting.
