Redefining bespoke catering – Bacchus champions provenance, craft, and exceptional service
Hospitality professionals Andrew Dean, Ellie Foreman, and Ranulph Lees have joined forces to launch Bacchus Catering, a company that blends exceptional service with a commitment to responsible sourcing and artisan producers from across the British Isles. With over 30 years of combined experience, the trio are setting a new standard in the catering industry by combining provenance, craft and uncompromising hospitality.
Based on the banks of the River Thames in Vauxhall, Bacchus Catering has created a tasting room and open kitchen, offering a dynamic chef’s table experience for guests to immerse themselves in the artistry behind each dish. The team has worked with globally recognised brands such as Ferrari, Google and Rolex, delivering high-profile events at London’s most prestigious venues, including royal palaces, museums and galleries. Their experience extends across Europe, having catered for major international events such as the World Economic Forum in Switzerland and Cannes Lions in France. In addition, Bacchus brings its expertise to private clients, crafting bespoke dining experiences for celebrations in their homes.
Speaking about the launch, Andrew Dean reflected on the years of experience and collaboration that led to Bacchus: “Having worked closely with Ellie and Ran for the past three and seven years respectively, I have witnessed their incredible growth into true masters of their craft. I cannot wait to see the heights we will reach together with Bacchus.”
For Ranulph Lees, Bacchus represents a long-held ambition to create something truly unique in the industry: “For me, Bacchus is the culmination of eleven years of graft and dedication to an industry I adore. It feels like the perfect time to roll the dice and really show the industry and clients what we can do, and doing it with two of my closest friends makes it all the more exciting.”
Ellie Foreman shared her excitement about Bacchus’ ethos and vision: “Bacchus is exciting, vibrant and has been carefully crafted, all attributes which I believe make for a memorable event. Finding those who align perfectly in what you view as uncompromising hospitality is pretty special, and I am thrilled that we are on this journey together.”
With bookings already open and the official launch set for April, Bacchus Catering is poised to redefine bespoke catering in London and beyond.
