Jon Weston-Stanley joins Mollie’s from luxury health club group Third Space
Mollie’s has appointed Jon Weston-Stanley into the new role of head of marketing.
Weston-Stanley has joined the value-luxe motel and diner business from luxury health club group Third Space.
He spent almost a decade with the London health club, during which time he shaped the brand as well as growing its marketing performance.
Commenting on his appointment, Weston-Stanley said: “Mollie’s stood out to me because of its distinctive place in the UK hospitality market. Design-led, ambitious and confidently value-luxe.
“As the business grows nationally, there’s a real opportunity to build on that strong foundation, increasing awareness while nurturing long-term loyalty. I’m looking forward to working with the team and contributing to the next chapter of the brand’s journey.”
Mollie’s operates sites in Bristol, Oxfordshire and Manchester, its newest opening, located within the Old Granada Studios building.
The Manchester site finally opened its doors at the end of last year after facing a number of delays to its construction, including the original contractor going into administration last year.
In July 2025 Mollie’s confirmed plans to open its fourth property in Edinburgh in 2028, subject to planning permission and licensing.
