Ollie Eisenhardt has been appointed head chef at Story Cellar in London’s Covent Garden.
He joins the restaurant from the Lion pub in Luddesdown, Kent, where he was head chef.
The chef started his career in the industry aged 17 at the Michelin-starred Pied à Terre in London’s Fitzrovia before working at Sydney’s Restaurant Hubert, the Simon Rogan Group in London and Hong Kong, and France’s Château de Berne.
In an announcement on Instagram, Eisenhardt said: “I’m extremely excited to be here at Story Cellar. Working with this team alongside chef Sellers is an amazing opportunity. I’m really looking forward to showcasing my passion on the plates and leaving our guests happy.”
Tom Sellers, chef-patron of the two-Michelin-starred Restaurant Story in London’s Southwark, launched Story Cellar as a more casual sister site specialising in rotisserie chicken in 2023.
