Gary Usher takes to Twitter to reveal pub plan

Gary Usher has taken to Twitter to reveal his Elite Bistros group is to open a pub.
True to form the chef and restaurateur, behind the six-strong group, made the announcement on Twitter, posting a menu by executive chef Richard Sharples.
The menu posted includes a selection of bar snacks, classic grill items and pub fare alongside dishes such as kid goat rendang curry, sambals and prawn crisps as well as a salad of ox tongue, pickled vegetables and roasted suet dumpling.
The chef has yet to reveal any other details about his plan including any possible location, however earlier this year hinted at a Leeds opening.
