Glebe House in Devon has unveiled the first images of its two cedar-clad cabins and sauna.
The additions come roughly four years after former Sorella chef Hugo Guest opened the Italian agriturismi-inspired hotel and restaurant within a 15-acre smallholding with his wife Olive.

The Crow’s Nest cabins have each been designed by Akin Studio and Out of the Valley and feature a bedroom with a super-king bed, a kitchen and dining nook with a wood burner, as well as a private deck with a sunken outdoor bath.

The cabins have been furnished with kitchen cabinets and shelves made from reclaimed cheeseboards by local carpenter Will Mace, while the bedroom features handmade ceramic lights from Studio Haran and Dorset-based Projektityyny quilts.

Other design highlights selected by owner and artist Olive include Georgie Hopton wallpaper, Chloe Jonason’s headboards and Victoria Smee curtains in Jessie de Salis’s Somerset-printed fabric.

The kitchen of Crow’s Nest One, for example, has been adorned with a mosaic inspired by the rolling hills of East Devon, while the kitchen of Crow’s Nest Two has been fitted out with vintage Portuguese tiles from Sant’Anna company.

In addition, Glebe House has built a six-person, wood-fired sauna made from Douglas fir by Kernow Springs in Cornwall.

The sauna also comes with a dedicated changing room, outdoor shower, cold plunge pool and views over Coly Valley.
The Crow’s Nest Cabins are priced from £325 for bed and breakfast, while sauna prices start from £75 per hour for two guests.
