Ahead of the conference, Millard told The Caterer there’s a lot of “hype about artificial intelligence [AI] at the moment”, and that it was being met with both fear and excitement at its potential capabilities.
She added: “What I’m going to be touching on is around how do we get better at figuring out what we’re good at, what technology is good at, and what that combination might bring.”
Kallman will share her latest research and insights into how emerging technologies will shape the future of the guest experience.
She said: “This event brings together the brightest minds in hospitality tech to explore how innovation is shaping the future of the industry, from AI and automation to data-driven operations and next-gen guest experiences.”
She added she is “looking forward to sharing insights, learning from fellow leaders and connecting with others who are passionate about transforming hospitality through technology”.
