Naomi Heaton is moving into an executive chair role at LCP Private Office to oversee other real estate projects
Naomi Heaton, the founder, co-owner and chief executive of the Other House has announced her departure from the aparthotel group.
Heaton has been named executive chair at LCP Private Office, the London-based real estate investment advisory that launched the Other House in 2019 as part of a joint venture with Netherlands-based pension provider APG.
She will continue to advise on and launch further real estate and hospitality projects in her new role.
In 2022, the Other House opened its first property in South Kensington in the former site of NH Harrington Hall, offering 200 ‘Club Flats’ as well as a private club for members and residents. Guests can stay for any length of time between a night and a year.
Heaton said: “The opportunity to develop the ground-breaking concept of a Residents Club which effortlessly combines living, socialising and co-working for any length of stay has been an absolute privilege. To see a new concept redefining the hospitality market sector has been immensely exciting, and my thanks go to APG for their foresight and immense support.
“This journey reinforces that businesses are not just about bricks and mortar but about understanding what happens behind the front door and that building brands serve as your most precious asset. My aim is to continue to deliver this philosophy at LCP Private Office.”
Prior to launching the Other House, Heaton was a main board director at Saatchi & Saatchi.
The Other House is due to launch a property in Covent Garden later this year, overseen by general manager Stephen Nash.
