Tom Brown looking to relocate Cornerstone to larger site

Tom Brown is looking to relocate his Michelin-starred Hackney restaurant Cornerstone to a larger site in central London.

The chef has instructed Restaurant Property as sole agents and is hoping to secure a 1,500 – 3,000 sq ft site in either Marylebone, Mayfair, Covent Garden or Soho.

Brown started out working at Nathan Outlaw's restaurant at the St Enodoc hotel in Rock, Cornwall, before becoming head chef at Outlaw's at the Capital in 2016.

He opened seafood-focused Cornerstone as his first solo restaurant in 2018 and it won a Michelin star in 2021.

The chef launched the Pearly Queen oyster bar and restaurant as a follow-up in Shoreditch last year.

Restaurant Property said it was "excited to be helping Tom Brown and being a part of the growth of his Cornerstone success".
