Bennett Hay appoints Zoë Watts as business development director

Zoë Watts has joined hospitality services company Bennett Hay as business development director.

She will develop the company's growth strategy in workplaces, as well as diversifying into the conference and event sector.

Watts will take on a new role for the organisation on Bennett Hay's leadership team, and will be responsible for driving commercial strategy, organisational culture and environmental aims, social values and governance.

Watts was previously commercial director at caterer Vacherin and head of events and catering at the Natural History Museum in London. She sits on the catering and hospitality special interest committee with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.

Anthony Bennett, founder of Bennett Hay, said: "We are delighted to welcome Zoë to the team and look forward to learning from her vast experience. People are our biggest asset and Zoë brings huge gravitas as we consolidate our position as the go-to operator in the workplace and facilities sector."

Watts added: "I've watched Bennett Hay develop for more than a decade and I'm delighted to join the organisation as it heads into the next chapter in its growth. The company has a reputation for encouraging creativity and entrepreneurialism and I'm delighted to bring my voice and experience and be part of such a driven, focused and fun team."

Bennett Hay, founded in 2010, has a portfolio of offices and estates where the company oversees facilities and guest experiences with clients including Landsec, Fremantle, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Here East and the Leadenhall Building. The organisation also featured in The Caterer's Best Places to Work in Hospitality this year.
