The hotel shares further details of its opening as the £1.3b London Olympia redevelopment gears up for opening next spring
Hyatt Hotels is set to open the doors of its Hyatt Regency London Olympia in spring 2026.
The new hotel will be situated in Emberton House – previously a five-storey car park – as part of London’s £1.3b regeneration project of the Olympia area.
The hotel will have 204 rooms, starting at £299 a night.
Hyatt Regency London Olympia will also feature two F&B outlets, including the Lounge Café and Bar in the hotel lobby, which will offer light bites, coffee and cocktails, and Hotel Market, which will have a grab-and-go offering at the entrance.
Guests will have priority access to the adjacent Pillar Hall, which will be operated by restaurant group D3 Collective, which will offer a restaurant, speakeasy bar and live music.
Earlier this year, the hotel group revealed plans to expand its UK portfolio by 30% over the next two years, bringing more than 1,000 rooms to the market.
Possible future locations include Oxford, Cambridge, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Cardiff, York, Bath and Belfast.
