Chefs Ravneet Gill, Simon Bonwick and Nathan Davies all had restaurants join the guide’s listings

The Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland has added a further 24 new restaurants to its online listings this month.
The guide updates its recommendations each month based on its inspectors’ travels, with any additions highlighted by a ‘New’ symbol.
It will not be confirmed if any of the restaurants will receive a further star, Bib Gourmand, or other award until the launch of the 2026 guide in Dublin next February.
New additions include the Crown at Bray, which was taken over by chef Simon Bonwick earlier this year. The guide praised its “no-nonsense” dishes which include Bonwick’s signature “rather nice sauce”.
Nathan Davies’ Vraic on the Channel Island of Guernsey (pictured above) made the list after opening this summer. The former head chef at Michelin-starred SY23 in Aberystwyth oversees the fine dining restaurant offering a £145 multi-course tasting menu using ingredients pickled, foraged and sourced from the surrounding area.
There was also recognition for Guernsey small plates restaurant Alba, which was praised for its lobster tagliolini.
Other new additions include Ravneet Gill’s bistro Gina in Chingford, Brad Carter and Tom Brown’s surf ‘n’ turf restaurant Island in King’s Cross, and Shwen Shwen – Maria Bradford’s West African fine dining venture in Sevenoaks.
In Scotland there was recognition for Loma, the fine dining restaurant opened by chef Graeme Cheevers at Cameron House hotel near Loch Lomond this year. There were two new additions in Glasgow: Indian grill Angeethi by Sagar Massey in the suburb of Cardonald and the Clarence gastropub, which was launched by the team behind the city’s Michelin-starred Cail Bruich.
Northern Ireland scored a listing for Beau, the contemporary bistro run by chef Lottie Noren, while in Ireland Michelin praised Mediterranean restaurant Comet as a “hidden gem”.
There were no new Welsh additions to the guide in November.
