The founders are due to launch their largest site to date this April
Parisian restaurant group Tigermilk is to open its largest site to date this April in London’s Spitalfields.
The 280-cover Latin American restaurant is spread across two floors and marks the group’s second London outpost, following on from its UK debut on Tottenham Court Road last summer.
The Cuernavaca estate-inspired diner is split between 230 covers indoors and a 50-cover terrace and will serve food all day.
Exclusive dishes include cochinita pibil tacos and ceviches, as well as its usual selection of sharing plates and desserts such as maracuyá tiramisu and dulce de leche cheesecake.
The six-metre-high bar, showcasing over 2,000 bottles, will remain a core part of the offering with its selection of more than 250 tequilas and mezcals.
Nina and Alexis Melikov, founders of Tigermilk, said: “We see Tigermilk as the Latin American answer to the European brasserie. With Spitalfields, we wanted to go further, bigger, louder, and more alive, while keeping what matters most: generosity, atmosphere, and a place people come back to without thinking twice.”
The Latin American brasserie group was founded in 2019 and currently operates 12 sites (soon to be 13) across France, Belgium and the UK.
