Maldon Salt celebrates chefs, bakers and mixologists in latest Power List

Maldon Salt has unveiled a 2025 Power List of 50 influential hospitality personalities.

The latest ‘Maldon Salt 50’ is an evolution of 2024’s launch list and features five new categories and 50 new chefs, bakers and bartenders from across the world of food and drink.

The new categories are:

The Worldies – celebrating international cooking talent.

The Breadwinners – highlighting the upper crust of the UK baking world.

The Alchemists – showcasing top mixologists and bartenders turning their craft into an artform.

The Firestarters – lauding diverse new faces and personalities emerging on the fire cooking scene.

The Socialites – profiling food and drink influencers who know how to really connect with their audiences on social media.

Maldon Salt’s head of marketing Susanne Fraser said: “This is the second instalment of our annual power list and we couldn’t be more excited to profile a whole new group of leading chefs, bakers and bartenders – all of whom turn to our iconic sea salt when they want to take their creations to new levels.
