The English pop artist and rapper is looking to open PG Fast Food in Glasgow in Q1 2026

Professor Green has unveiled plans to launch a fast food restaurant in Glasgow next year.
In a hiring announcement for a general manager posted on Instagram, the English pop artist and rapper said: “Hello, my name is Stephen, better known to some as Professor Green. I’m part of a brand new fast food venture called PG Fast Food nonetheless which is launching on Byres Road in Glasgow.”
The general manager role will begin at the end of January and the Instagram page for pgfastfooduk has already amassed more than 1,500 followers.
In an additional video, Professor Green said the F&B outlet will likely open in Q1 2026 and that it is seeking to “disrupt the fast food market… healthy but not healthy”.
He joins the likes of Drake, who is a major investor in Dave’s Hot Chicken, which made its UK debut in December 2024.
This week, Youtube collective the Sidemen also announced it will be opening an outpost of Sides fried chicken in Glasgow.
