The healthy food-to-go chain has broadened its breakfast and lunch offerings to include the likes of overnight oats and handmade wraps
Pure has launched its first wholesale range to cater for offices, gyms, stadiums and trains.
The healthy food-to-go chain has expanded its breakfast and lunch offerings to include the likes of overnight oats, fruit salads, handmade wraps and sandwiches in a bid to target a larger proportion of business and leisure clients.
All of the new menu items also have a longer shelf-life and are suited to on-the-go settings, ranging from office food courts to gym cafés.
Spencer Craig, co-founder and chief executive at Pure, said: “I have lost count of the number of times I have been asked for Pure to sell a wholesale range. Over the last few months, we have been trialling our new products and the results have been astounding. We now know that having the Pure brand and food increases the number of units sold, increases revenue and improves customer satisfaction too.
“We cannot wait to bring our range to the wider market and let as many people as possible enjoy Pure when they are on the move.”
Pure was founded by Craig and Ed Bentley in 2009 and has since grown to 14 shops, four catering hubs and a wholesale production kitchen serving over 60,000 people a week.
The wholesale arm forms part of Pure’s Food for Business services, which include catering for meetings and events, as well as the broader workplace.
