HiJiffy has launched Aplysia 3, a new type of chatbot powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), which delivers accurate, context-aware responses to guest queries, without relying on rigid FAQs. Hotel teams can input information into two editable documents: a shared ‘company knowledge document’ and a ‘property knowledge document’ for each site. Aplysia 3 uses this content to generate intelligent, real-time responses, eliminating the need for creating manual FAQs. Any updates made to the documents are instantly reflected in the chatbot’s replies, streamlining both setup and ongoing maintenance.

The system generates ozone inside the machine to tackle biofilm without leaving any residue or taint. Oxidice can extend the time between general maintenance and routine cleaning and is quick and easy to install. The system sits outside the machine with LED status indicators, and there are no chemicals involved.
