The riverside scheme behind Craven Cottage stadium is expected to fully open in 2025.
Adam Byatt is to open a neighbourhood restaurant at the Fulham Pier development behind Fulham Football Club’s London stadium.
The chef will launch Brasserie Constance in spring 2025 on the first floor of the scheme overlooking the River Thames.
It will offer a modern British menu focused on “approachable, seasonal dishes” with both a la carte and set lunch options.
Brasserie Constance will open alongside Flo, a riverside cocktail bar that will offer a small-plates menu and a more than 200-strong wine list selected by the sommelier team at Byatt’s Michelin-starred London restaurant Trinity.
The venues take their names from Constance Spry, known for her floristry and ceramic collaborations with the nearby historic Fulham Pottery, and her assistance Florence Standfast.
Byatt said: “Having lived in Fulham for several years during my early career, it is an exciting full-circle moment to be bringing Brasserie Constance to life within such a landmark destination.
"Fulham Pier offers the perfect setting to showcase the very best of British dining, surrounded by stunning views of the Thames. I look forward to welcoming guests to this new space in 2025."
Fulham Pier is a seven-storey, glass fronted development at Fulham’s historic Craven Cottage football ground that is expected to fully open in summer 2025.
Developed in partnership with Sodexo Live!, it will feature a mix of restaurants, bars, a boutique hotel, health spa, events spaces and flood for live music, exhibitions and immersive experiences.
Glen Sutton, director at Fulham Pier, said: "We are beyond thrilled to be working with Adam Byatt and his team. Brasserie Constance will combine inspiration from the incredible heritage of the area, alongside the warmth and hospitality of a great neighbourhood restaurant.”
Brasserie Constance will join Byatt’s portfolio of restaurants across London including Michlin-starred Trinity, Bistro Union and Charlie’s at Brown’s Hotel. He is also the Co-Owner of Wildflowers in Belgravia.
Byatt became chairman of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts this year.
