Former Gold Service Scholar joins the Dorchester

The inaugural 2013 Gold Service Scholarship winner Rebecca Clough has joined the Dorchester and 45 Park Lane hotels as people and culture manager.

She is set to join the hotels in mid-September, which are located opposite one another on London’s Park Lane. Both retain five red AA stars; the Dorchester has 250 bedrooms, while 45 Park Lane is a more intimate property with 46 rooms.

Emma Jayne, director of people and culture at The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane, said: “I am personally so delighted to be welcoming Rebecca to our people and culture team at the Dorchester and 45 Park Lane; her experience and personality are such a great fit to our company values and culture which will be really important in her new role here.
