Who will be speaking at the Sustainability Summit?

From large corporations, to small independents, we have a great line-up of speakers covering the breadth of the industry. 

Speakers include expert sustainability strategist Dr Kirstie McIntyre. McIntyre, who is chief executive officer at ESG consultant specialists Communique, has more than 30 years of experience in developing sustainability programmes and advising leadership teams on how to create, implement and deliver on ESG goals.

Other confirmed speakers include Charmaine McHugo, co-owner of Michelin-green star restaurant Chapters in Hay-on-Wye in Powys; Ed Walker, founder and chief executive at Fika Catering and winner of Boutique Caterer of the Year at the 2024 Foodservice Cateys; and Samantha Wilson, sustainability officer of Red Carnation Hotels which has previously won the Sustainable Business Award at the 2023 Cateys.
