She joins from Best Western hotel and resorts, where she was most recently director of business development

Hilton UK & Ireland (UK&I) has appointed Terii Dunne as its director of development.
Dunne brings over 20 years’ industry experience to the role, joining from Best Western hotel and resorts, where she was director of business development for six years.
Prior to this, she had worked for Shiva Hotels Group, Danubius Hotel Regents Park and London Premier Hotels.
She will work closely with Paul Blackmore, vice president of development for Hilton UK&I, and Nick Smart, vice president of development for Hilton UK, Ireland and Nordics.
Blackmore said: “Terii’s appointment really showcases our commitment to UK and Ireland market expansion. We have a great opportunity to further develop and grow our portfolio of award-winning brands, which is where Terii’s expertise and extensive market experience will be instrumental.”

The hotel group has been bolstering its presence across Northern Ireland of late through the signing of Tempo by Hilton in Belfast City Centre, DoubleTree by Hilton Derry-Londonderry and DoubleTree by Hilton Belfast City Ten Square.
Recent openings also included the Marcus Hotel Portrush, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Spark by Hilton Luton.
Hilton has more than 200 operating and pipeline hotels across the UK and Ireland, representing 15 of Hilton’s 24 brands.
Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch is scheduled to open in 2026 with general manager Guillaume Marly at the helm.
