Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of Onsite catering and vending services and retail facilities for staff and visitors at the Leeds teaching Hospitals NHS Trust sites

A five year contract subject to a formal review and landlord break at September 2015.
Companies are invited to express their interest in providing a high quality, cost effective, innovative and healthy on-site catering service to staff and visitors
and retail trade services at the above units.
The Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust employs over 14,000 staff across all five sites.
As one of the Trust main sites, St James Hospital employs around 5,000 staff and is a major centre for high-tech patient care, teaching and research. The
flagship of the site is the £220 million Bexley Wing, home to the St James's Institute of Oncology, which contains 10 floors dedicated to some of the best
treatment for cancer patients available anywhere in the world.
Wharfedale Hospital in Otley provides excellent standards of patient care from a modern, purpose-built environment. Chapel Allerton Hospital is a popular facility in the north of Leeds, our specialist dermatology ward has also recently moved to the hospital. It also houses the rheumatology service, an orthopaedic ward and is an important centre for research with the Leeds Musculoskeletal Biomedical Research Unit also based there.
Commercial terms are to be agreed. The contract will be for a period of five years and subject to a landlord break at September 2015.
