Tender for the Contract for the Provision of
Lot 1: Administration and Secretarial Support to the National Officers of the Association

The Contract for the Administration and Secretarial Support to the National Officers of the Association will commence on 1st November 2013 untill 31st October 2016 (3 years).
The contract for Conference Management, including Administration Marketing and Organisation of the Supply Trade Exhibition will commence 1st November 2013 for three conferences.
Interested companies who are interested in tendering for both contracts will be expected to detail the Savings and benefits to the Association.
The HCA was one of the first professional associations to be formed within the National Health Service. Inaugurated at a meeting of 25 London Hospital Catering Officers in 1948, it had enlarged to a membership of over 100 by the following year.
The Association has continued to grow, now having a membership of over 600 members from within catering and hotel services, represented by 16 Branches throughout Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and as such require assistance in the administration of the Association.
Expressions of interest should include an indication of the company's experience in the administration of similar type associations and/or managing conferences.
Following receipt of a company's Expression of interest they will be sent a Prequalification Questionnaire and a formal Invitation to Tender, which will be issued by 8th April 2013 and requires to be returned by 30th May 2013.
There will be a question and answer session arranged for week commencing 29th April 2013 in the Birmingham area - which will give interested parties the opportunity to understand the requirements of HCA and subsequently their ability to submit a tender
