Boscundle Manor in Cornwall on sale for £1.6m

The freehold of the 13-bedroom, three-AA-silver-star Boscundle Manor in Saint Austell, Cornwall, has been brought to market for £1.6m.

Current owners Sharon and David Parker have put the hotel up for sale with property and investment company JLL after 15 years in order to pursue other interests.

The Grade II-listed 18th century property was recently renovated and also includes a two-AA-rosette restaurant, an indoor swimming pool and grounds of 1.3 acres.

Sharon Parker said: "We still love Boscundle Manor, but in our hearts we know it's a younger person's game, and we wish to sell to someone who will be as passionate about it as we are - allowing us time to travel."
