Say Pasta looks to expand

Say Pasta has unveiled expansion plans that see the Bristol chain open restaurants in neighbouring Bath and three London sites: Islington, Battersea and Chiswick.

The next two months will also see Say Pasta add an extra two restaurants to their existing three in Bristol.

Founder Carl Say admits the expansion is only the tip of the iceberg, as Say Pasta has plans to open 50 sites across the country over the next five years.

Kick-starting the growth plans will be marketing and PR company The Restaurant Ingredient, who will handle a marketing budget of £100,000 this year to build brand awareness.
