This Is Good has launched a macadamia nut oil for everyday cooking, which the company says will assist with decreasing the risk of heart disease and lowering cholesterol levels. The oil has a high Omega 9 content and a smoke point of 210°C.

Workshop Coffee Bloom
Workshop Coffee has released Bloom, a coffee made using four ingredients: roasted coffee, filtered water, Sicilian lemon juice and English beet sugar. The brewing technique allows for improved extraction levels and a fresher flavour profile. The name Bloom refers to the part of the brewing process where the coffee grounds are first bloomed with hot water to aid degassing and kick-start the extraction process.

Brindisa has extended its brand with the launch of four Spanish sauces: Fritada (a pepper and tomato sauce), Romesco (an almond and pepper sauce), Salsa Brava (a spicy tomato sauce) and Sofrito (tomato and onion).
